Returns and exchanges

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact Claudia Pink within 14 days.
​
Due to.all pieces being made to order we can not offer refunds for our items. We make each piece by hand in our UK studio, some items take 3 days to make. We always want our customers to love their pieces and we work closely with each customer to create their item.
If you are dissatisfied with your piece, we will offer either one change and an alteration to the piece or a credit note for the value of the order to be used on another item.
Please note that all items must be returned in perfect un-used condition. A credit note for the item will then be processed once returned. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Payment

We accept payment by Paypal.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact Claudia Pink as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched then a refund is only possible once the item/s have been returned in saleable condition.

Shipping
​
Every Claudia Pink item is hand made to order.
We aim to dispatched orders within 7 working days after payment. If you need a order ASAP please contact Claudia Pink first and we will try our best to fulfil your request.
Due to all pieces being hand made they are all sent using a Tracked and Signed for service.

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery in the UK, and up to 12 working days for international delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Express Orders
​
We do offer a Express Service, your item is prioritised and delivered within 3 working days to the UK. With our International Express Service, your item is prioritised and delivered within 7 working days.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct address. If an order is sent to an incorrect/incomplete address or is refused at the address and is sent back to Claudia Pink, it is the customers responsibility to pay if they wish the item to be resent.
Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order.
Claudia Pink retains all copyright over finished products.

What data is processed?
Names, emails, addresses and telephone numbers. Claudia Pink uses social media accounts (facebook and instagram) to allow people to find us and to send messages about custom orders.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Any payments that are made for orders are processed by a third party website ie paypal.

Third Party Websites
Paypal - This site is governed by their own privacy statements and Claudia Pink is not responsible for their operations, including but not limited to their information practices. Users submitting information to or through this third party website should review the privacy statements of these sites before providing them with personal identifiable information.

All data used is viewed and processed either using a laptop which has a password system to be accessed or a mobile phone which is password protected. All passwords are regularly changed and updated.
To ship orders I use a trusted courier (DPD) which requires, names, address and telephone number to arrange shipment. These details are uploaded on to their secure site which is user name and password protected.

Data Sharing
No data is shared with any other company, apart from our courier company (DPD) for delivery purposes only.

DISCLOSURE

Any data required or held by Claudia Pink is secure and held only by Claudia Pink, and it will not be distributed to any third parties (apart from the above companies mentioned) unless it is required for lawful/legal basis for example, accounts are required to be shared with HMRC if they request it (please read retention of data).
You may request details of personal information which I hold about you and you may ask for them to be deleted, unless required for lawful/legal reasons.

RENTENTION OF DATA

Claudia Pink does not retain customers information any longer than required. The following information will be retained for accounts/HRMC
What data is processed? - documentation required for preparing accounts for HMRC
Data - refers to invoices, receipts, payments from customers
Lawful/Legal basis for recording the data - the legal basis for processing this data is 'legal obligation' that is required by HMRC
Data Sharing - the document may be shared on request with HMRC
Data Storage - he documents will be stored securely in paper/online format
Data Retention - HMRC states that Claudia Pink to keep records for at least 5 years after the 31 January submission deadline of the relevant tax year. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) may check records for tax purposes.
Data Destruction - After the required length of time, the documents will be shredded/securely deleted.
All other data collected, if not needed for lawful/legal reasons is deleted within 1 years after obtaining it if no longer required.

DATA BREACHES

Claudia Pink will be obligated to notify the ICO of a data breach within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
